The tour, led by a knowledgeable and experienced guide, will go beyond the common tales of Tillie Pierce and Jennie Wade and will include the lesser-known Gettysburg sites and stories. You will see and hear stories about battle-damaged buildings, the German Reform Church, Race Horse Alley, Oak Ridge, and the "Old Dorm" of Pennsylvania College, the former sites of the the Eagle Hotel, Gettysburg Academy, and post-war sites associated with Frederick Douglass, Eddie Plank and Dwight D. Eisenhower.

All riders must be 14 years old and older. This is an insurance requirement, there are no exceptions.
In order to operate the Segway safely, you must weigh between 100-250lbs to participate.
The Western tour is 3 hours (including training) and covers 9 miles with 4 rest stops.
The Eastern tour is 2 hours (including training) and covers 4 miles with a rest stop at the Culp's Hill observation tower.
The Town tour is 2 hours (including training) and covers 4 miles with 1 rest stop.
You should wear flat soled shoes, and clothes you will be comfortable in. A baseball hat will fit under the helmet, but other types of hats are not practical. Sunscreen is strongly recommended.
We strive to have all our rides as safe as possible. Sometimes the weather is dangerous for our guests, and staff. If there is a need to cancel the ride for these reasons we will credit your account, or issue you a refund.
Refund/Rescheduling Policy
**Rescheduling**
Rescheduling your tour may be possible depending on the number of days prior to your tour date. Because your space is being guaranteed at the event, rescheduling is done on a case by case basis.
**Refunding**
Refunding amounts are based on the number of days prior to your schedule tour the cancellation is made.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rebooked without texting or calling us. Rebooking is possible, but not guaranteed and must be done a week prior to your reservation unless impossible situations arise; call 717-253-7987 or text and we will take care of what you need as best we can.
**Less than 2-days: Tours canceled less than 48 hours from the scheduled tour will be charged the full purchase price unless.**
Safety is our number one priority! While it is not a common occurrence, occasionally a rider may be unable to safely handle and navigate a Segway within the allotted training time, if staff deems a rider unsafe, that rider will be refunded their ticket price.
